Sample Production
Upon confirmation, we produce the sample -- cell sorting, welding, BMS installation, assembly, testing, and aging. Full QC before shipment.
Delivery & Feedback
Sample shipped with test report and spec sheet. We support revision rounds until you're satisfied, then proceed to mass production.

Incoming Cell Inspection
Visual check, voltage, internal resistance, and batch verification of all incoming cells against approved specifications.
Cell Sorting & Matching
Cells are sorted by capacity, internal resistance, and voltage to ensure consistency within each battery group.
Cell Arrangement & Insulation
Cells arranged per approved design. Insulation materials applied to prevent shorts and mechanical damage.
Spot Welding
Nickel strips welded with calibrated spot welders. Weld quality checked for strength, contact resistance, and consistency.
BMS Installation & Wiring
BMS connected per approved schematic. Balance leads, NTC sensors, and communication wires installed and verified.
Housing & Enclosure Assembly
PVC shrink, plastic shell, or metal housing assembled. Connectors and leads routed and secured.
Charge / Discharge Testing
Each pack charged and discharged. Capacity, voltage, and protection function verified against approved parameters.
BMS Protection Function Test
Over-charge, over-discharge, short-circuit, and over-current protection functions individually verified.
Aging & Stability Test
Packs rested and monitored for voltage stability. Abnormal self-discharge or voltage drop triggers rejection.
Final Visual & Dimensional Inspection
Label, connector polarity, wire length, housing finish, and dimensions verified against approved sample.
Packaging & Export Shipment
Packed per lithium battery transport regulations. UN38.3, MSDS, and test reports prepared. Shipped with full tracking and documentation support.
