Order Confirmation

Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are defined in the individual sales contract. Typical arrangements include a deposit upon order confirmation with the balance due prior to or upon shipment. All payments are to be made in the currency specified in the invoice.
Delivery & Lead Times
Estimated lead times are provided at the time of quotation and are subject to production scheduling, material availability, and order complexity. Umax Power is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including customs clearance, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Order modifications or cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of production at the time of cancellation. Custom orders that have entered production may not be cancellable without financial penalty.
Minimum Order Quantity
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) vary by product type and customization level. Standard MOQ starts from 50 units for custom battery packs. Sample and prototype orders may be accommodated at different terms -- please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
